By using the App, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Nyumba365 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Please check this page regularly for updates, as your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All content on the App is owned by Nyumba365. Users do not have any rights to this content.
You may not use the App to share illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or to infringe on others' rights. Automated use of the App is prohibited. All App content is owned by Nyumba365 and cannot be copied or used without permission.

Users are prohibited from compromising the App's security in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, system vulnerabilities, interference with services, and unauthorized changes to content. Any security breaches may result in legal action. Nyumba365 reserves the right to investigate and cooperate with law enforcement in such cases.
The App features property listings, reviews, and other content provided by third-party sources. Nyumba365 is not involved in property transactions and assumes no responsibility for user actions or decisions based on information found on the App.
While Nyumba365 strives to maintain the App's integrity, we cannot guarantee error-free operation or protection against harmful content. Nyumba365 and its partners are not liable for any damages arising from App use, including but not limited to, errors, omissions, or interruptions.
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Nyumba365. If Nyumba365 doesn’t enforce a specific term, it doesn’t mean we waive the right to enforce it later.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest of the agreement will still apply.
Any disputes arising from this agreement or your use of the App will be resolved through arbitration according to the laws of Zambia.

If you use the Nyumba365 property listing service (Listing Service) then, in addition to the terms and conditions above, the following terms and conditions apply.
In the following, "material" includes any text, photographs, floor plans or other material prepared and submitted by any third party service provider on your behalf.
When using Nyumba365 property listing service you must be at the property and get the property location using the property location option on the app. Any incorrect coordinates that may mislead users from finding the exact location of the property will result in your advert being deleted without refund paid.
Nyumba365 is not, and does not hold itself out to be:
Nyumba365 does not act as an agent in property transactions. You are solely responsible for any agreements made through the Listing Service. It's crucial to conduct thorough research and consider seeking professional advice before entering into any contract. You use the Listing Service at your own risk.
When using the Listing Service you may not submit any material that:
You are responsible for all content you submit. Nyumba365 reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms. All content must be submitted in the format specified by Nyumba365. We may monitor and moderate content, and we can suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.
Nyumba365:
You grant Nyumba365 the right to use and publish your submitted content without limitation. Nyumba365 is not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers hired at your request. You agree to pay all fees for using the Listing Service, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Fees are non-refundable.
